Announcement (February 2012)
The basic machine has a 300mm diameter lapping plate. All drive elements are mounted on a heavy duty aluminium alloy casting, giving vibration free operation and silent running. Water inlet with control valve are standard features.
The control panel has a process timer, variable speed control and forward / reverse control switch. The Kemet 300 SP plate speed ranges for the machine are pre-set to suit the application. The Kemet Match lapping Machine provides an automated method to match lap two valve or similar parts together. The parts can be 25mm to 350mm diameter and up to 400mm high and can have curved or flat surfaces and be of similar or different materials. For trials, contact the sales team on 01622 755287.
