Tailor-made training courses are delivered regularly in our Technical Centre or at customers' premises. These courses are limited to 4 people so your specific needs and requirements receive our full attention. The course covers a mixture of theory and practical, but most time is spent getting "hands-on" experience.

Typical subjects covered are:

•  Theory of Lapping and Polishing

•  Setting Up and Operating Machines

•  Flatness Control and Measurement

•  Types of Abrasive

•  Lapping Plate Types

•  Workholding Methods

•  Product Cleaning and Inspection.

On completion of a course, participants are awarded a certificate, stating date and subjects covered.
